When I was a couple days sober I discovered Angela’s podcast. I found the titles to be helpful because they explained exactly what the pod was about, so whatever question I had, I picked the podcast that would answer the question. I listened several times to the truth about AA and the symptoms of post-acute withdrawal. I felt like I had a friend in recovery who was able to explain what was happening to me, what I would experience, and ways I could take care of myself around sobriety and recovery.

At almost two years sober, this podcast is great for those new to recovery and those continuing their journey.
I have been listening to Addiction Unlimited for over a year and thought it was time to leave a review. I recently purchased the new Powerless and Powerful Recovery Journal and have been using daily.
