I'M ANGELA.

If my dog, Henry, were to describe me... it'd be a lot of, "drinks coffee", and "talks on Zoom all day", and "rocks the messy bun."

And he is exactly right. But, I'm also so much more than that. My best life began in 2006 when I was forced to face the truth and give up alcohol once and for all. 

As a result of my recovery I've learned so much about my inner strength and how much power I have to create the life I want. 

And I want to help you do the same thing.
